By using Evil VPN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Evil VPN provides access to connection servers. You can manage your subscription on the website, in your account, in the Telegram bot, and in the Telegram app. The connection on your device is established by the Evil VPN app (Android, macOS, Windows) or a compatible client.

2. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the service for:

• illegal activity under the laws of your country;
• distributing malware, spam, or phishing;
• copyright infringement;
• attacking third-party networks and infrastructure;
• reselling access without permission.

3. Payment and Subscription

• Payment methods: SBP and bank card, cryptocurrency, Telegram Stars. The list of available methods is shown at checkout and may differ in Telegram and on the website.
• The subscription is activated after the payment is confirmed by the payment system. This usually takes a few seconds, and for some methods longer.
• The price depends on the term and number of devices; the final amount is shown before payment.
• There are no auto-renewals: funds are not charged again without your action. When you renew, new days are added to the remaining term.
• The “Forever” plan is a one-time payment without renewals; access remains available as long as the service operates.
• The trial period is provided once per account and does not require payment.

4. Refunds

The terms and timing of refunds are described on the Refunds page.

5. Availability

We strive for 24/7 operation, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of individual servers and networks. We announce planned maintenance in the Telegram channel.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for:

• losses from the use of or inability to use the service;
• the actions of users when using the VPN;
• restrictions imposed by providers and networks beyond our control.

7. Account Blocking

We may block an account in case of a violation of the Terms. In this case, the paid period is not refunded.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may change the Terms. The current version is always on this page; we announce material changes in the Telegram channel.
