Política de reembolsos

Last updated: September 24, 2026

If you were charged twice, your subscription didn't activate, or a technical problem occurred, contact support. We'll check the payment and let you know which options are available under these rules.

When a refund is possible

The service isn't working due to our fault

The VPN won't connect because of a problem on our side, and we couldn't fix it within 24 hours of your request. Refund — for the unused days.

Duplicate payment

The same subscription was paid for twice — we'll refund the duplicate payment in full.

Payment without activation

The payment was confirmed but the subscription didn't appear — we'll activate it manually or refund your money, whichever you choose.

When a refund isn't possible

You changed your mind after using the service

If the service was working, no refund is provided for your decision to stop using it. There's a free trial period to get acquainted with the service.

Elapsed period

No refunds are given for subscription days that have already passed.

Violation of terms

The account was blocked for violating the Terms of Use.

Restrictions on your network

The connection is restricted on your provider's or network's side, and other locations are also unavailable — we'll try to help, but this is beyond our control.

How to request a refund

Write to support on Telegram or at support@evilvpn.io. Please include:

• the date and amount of the payment;
• the payment method;
• the payment number (ID) from the receipt or the payment history in your account;
• a description of the problem and what you've already tried.

Don't send full card details, CVC, or verification codes — they aren't needed.

Timeframes

• Review of the request — we'll respond within 24 hours of your inquiry.
• Attempt to fix the issue — up to 24 hours before we make a decision about the refund.
• Transfer of funds — up to 5 business days after approval; the time for the funds to be credited depends on the bank or payment system.

Where the money is refunded

Money is refunded using the same method you paid with, if the payment system supports it: to a card or account — via the payment partner, Telegram Stars — to the same Telegram account. If a refund by the same method isn't possible (for example, for cryptocurrency), we'll agree on a method in chat.
